“Double Ageing” in the High-Rise Residential Buildings of Tokyo

This study aims to explore the current “double ageing” (demographic ageing of residents and physical facilities) in high-rise (over 20 stories by Japanese Government’s definition) residential buildings Tokyo, where rate has increased most rapidly since late 1990s, compared those other cities worldwide.
